I had a better night sleeping when I was fighting Mekong to get off my head, as it was the only part of me exposed under the blankets. She surely loves me. LOL
I was really glad to get back to work as I think that it keep my mind off on how I was feeling. I really had a hard weekend both physically, mentally and emotionally. I did a lot crying over the weekend. Sometimes about missing Travis, sometimes about missing my father and a lot about missing Phil and wondering where I stand with him.
I wasn't very tired mentally, but I know that my body was tired. I was up very late. I was able to focus a bit in order to read a book, so I finished my book that I was reading. I forced myself to put it down and go to bed, but then after 5 minutes, I turned my light back on and opened it up again to read it. It was as if I couldn't get enough of it.
My urine was a bit dark, and still frothy, which means I am still burning fat. I don't feel as nauseous as I did over the weekend. I think I did the right thing by juicing as it really was helped me cope with the awfulness of detoxification while water fasting.
I made some juice (about 8 ounces) with beets, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli, and a couple slices of apple. It was pretty good.
I drank water most of the day since I didn't take any juice with me to work. So it worked out really well. I had a heck of a lot more energy then I did when I was just water fasting. It felt great. I could get so much done now, and I didn't feel so much like a sickly slow poke. LOL
EXERICISE: Walked 1.03 Miles
WATER INTAKE: ounces of water with a little bit of lemon juice added.
WEIGHT: Unknown
