I didn't sleep well, as it was broken up in a couple hours. I fell asleep around 9 p.m. and work up around 11 p.m. and fell asleep again and work up around 1:00 p.m. It was when I woke up around 3:00 a.m I couldn't get back to sleep, as my nose was running and sore, as I didn't have soft tissues (toilet paper got rough). I also had a lot of pain in my head which was probably from sinus pressure. It was around 5 a.m when I got up and took 2 teaspoons of a cheap version of DayQuil so that I could get some sleep before I had to get up and go to work. I didn't want to, but I realized that if I went to work sound and looking like death warmed over, the attorney would send me home, which I couldn't afford. I also took a hot shower, to help break up what ever was giving me a headache. I finally fell asleep around 6 a.m., as I could hear PJ get up and get ready for school. I remember thinking on how I was going to miss those sounds after they were gone. I know that regardless how I am feeling, it is for the best that Phil moves out. My heart will be heavy and I must be strong.

While laying in bed, trying to get some sleep, I stretched my legs and my back, enjoying how my slimmer body was feeling. I definitely feel better with having 20 pounds less on me. It is amazing how just 20 pounds can made. I usually (other then this cold) have a lot more energy then I did when I weighed 155 pounds.

Man, when I had lunch, the attorney wasn't kidding when he said it wasn't a diet day. I am sure that I could have only eaten half of a sandwich, but I didn't know what a serving size for a sandwich was. Anyway, I was hungry and it was really good. The cheesy potatoes were good, but, honestly I would have rather had a salad with my sandwich. I would have loved to put more lettuce on my sandwich then I didn't, but I didn't want to see greedy with the lettuce. Anyway, it was a cheat day, as the one attorney put it. I really didn't want a cheat day, because my cheat day was going to be next week when we went to the Christmas luncheon. I don't want to take cheat days, because that will only teach me to develop bad habits again in how I eat.

I realized that I had not had any fast food or processed food since sometime in September. I have had a couple canned goods (veggies and fruits) but that was only because money was tight to purchase fresh stuff.

The one attorney gave me my Christmas present (as he is like a little kid and can't wait) which was a $25 Walmart gift card (which is very useful for me!)and really nice wide mouthed water bottle that hold 32 ounces. He thought I would like it since I was asking him how much liquid his held. As well it is doesn't have any BPA in it that in most plastic water bottles, give off the plasticly taste. He said it was also good to because I can put ice in it, since it has a wide mouth. The water bottle (I bought at Krogers) that I usually leave at home that holds 24 ounces. He thought I would like it since I am keeping track of how much water I am drinking. I think it will be great for me, as I can fill it up to how full I want it and then keep track how much I have drank. I used it last night and I was able to drink 24 ounces of water, which is good, since I am feeling very dehydrated

When I got home from work, I saw that Phil had taken some stuff out of the house. It upset me a little bit, so when he came home, I asked him when he would be moving. He told me that he would be doing it little by little. I question why he is doing this, since he doesn't have much. He could take all his stuff over to the other house in just one trip (as it is just his and his son's clothes, his papers, and a couple other things) that is all he has. I wonder if he is using it as an excuse to take his time to buy other things from his new home. He should have thought about that before he decided to move out. I am trying to figure out how I can talk to him about it, since he will still be using my electric, my water and my home, when he has his own home now. At least I got the key to my car back.

FOOD INTAKE:

BREAKFAST (around 8:15 a.m.) ½ cup of Bean Stew (Red Kidney bean, Navy beans, Split green pea and Lentils) (approximately 65 calories)

DRINK: 12 ounces of Mandarin Orange Green Tea (consumed over 2 hour period)

SNACK: None

LUNCH: (12:00) One thin slice of smoked ham (approximately100 calories), two pieces of sour dough bread (260 calories), one slice of swiss cheese (90 calories) two piece of lettuce (2 calories) and a squirt of horseradish mustand (5 calories) and ½ cup of Betty Crocker Au Gratin Potatoes ( approximately150 calories) TOTAL CALORIES: Approximately 607 Calories

DRINK: Cup (coffee cup) of Oolong Tea (consumed over 3 hours)

SNACK: NONE

DINNER: (around 6:30 p.m.) Two slices of smoked ham (taken home from lunch) (approximaely 200 calories)

TOTAL CALORIES FOR THE DAY: 872

EXERICISE: Walked 1.1 miles on my pedometer

WATER INTAKE: about 24 ounces

WEIGHT: 134 pounds.
