day 10 last day of fast

Ended my fast on day 10

I reached day 10 and decided to stop there. I drank orange juice the entire day after and then moved on to vegetable soup. This was over a week ago I'm now ready to begin another 10 day MC fast I really miss doing the salt water flush I felt like it did such a good job at cleansing me from the inside out.


I'll be starting my new MC fast today, I'll be posting later on my progress.
