Third Day -- Have sore throat and slept much of the day...
Third day, I had a sore troat and chest congestion all day, spending plenty of time in bed to conserve energy for healing.
Date: 6/20/2009 2:01:00 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 2107 times I took my last final this morning (class was sociology of religion) I think I did pretty well. Now I'm on vacation and can focus on this cleanse. I still have to work, but my job doesn't require the mental focus school requires...
So I weighed myself this morning and I was at 180.8 which is great I've lost about 7 lbs since I began the cleanse.
I did the SWF this morning and it went right through me I was going to the bathroom for most of the day. The recommended amount of salt for one quart of water is 2 teaspoon, I personally need to use a little bit more salt for the flush to work. Just a little bit more salt makes all the difference in the world for me.
I did about 43 minutes of cardio on the elliptical machine at the gym today. I walked around campus today so I also did 20minutes of walking to class.
I'm using baking soda for toothpaste and organic deodorant (Jason tea tree melaleuca deoderant stick) and Dr Bronner's castile soap (lavender) to shower.
My throat has been really sore and I've had some chest congestion (and coughing) all day -- I see it as part of the detox process so I'm going to go back to bed to conserve energy and give my body the chance to fight this off. I'll also been using a little 100% essential oil (Red Thyme and mandarin) in my apartment to help with the mucus congestion in my chest.
