Day 7 -- had a really challenging day but got through it
The seventh day was very difficult

I weighed in this morning at 171.6
I woke up with a terrible headache, walking my dog outside in the sun really helped it go away for some reason.
The night was still not the best with all the mucus I kept coughing up but it feels like the amount of mucus is starting to lessen.
I did the laxative tea and SWF first thing and everything worked out very well with that.
Went to work and I think the stress at work triggered my desire to eat, I used to eat out of stress a lot, that's always been my habit since I was very young I'd get home from school, very stressed, and just eat (a lot).
I'm going to take a trip to Tampa,FL today for the weekend that's about a 4-5hour drive, I'm going to visit and stay with my boyfriend's parents since I'm on vacation. So I think the idea of driving also had me stressed out last night.
