Day 5
Day 5 have lots of energy, had a rough night last night but I made it through.
Date: 6/21/2009 6:57:22 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1579 times Feeling very good today not hungry at all. Had a very difficult time last night couldn't sleep, my legs felt strange kind of sore and what made it worse was all this mucus I've been coughing up. (sorry if that's too graphic)
I read up on the mucus and it a good and common thing on the master cleanse fast. Mucus serves to trap any foreign particles that are in the body and gets it out so I'm glad I'm getting rid of things that should not be in my body.
I weighed in at 174.4 this morning.
I went to the gym did 35min on the elliptical and will probably walk my dog later for about 15 min. I also went into the steam room and sauna, and into the hot tub at the gym for about 10min or less each to help with my legs and the detox process in general.
My skin has been looking amazing, I look radiant. I'm really happy with the way this is going.
Did the SWF this morning and this has helped me to have about 6 BM a day, which is also an important part of getting rid of the toxins. Had the laxative tea this morning as well.
Going to get some lemons see you tomorrow!
