My tongue was coated for the majority of the fast, but yesterday I decided to brush the white coating off. Tongue is now completey rosy, but I don't think thats a sign because I brushed it off. Weight is 116 lbs so reserves should be getting low, im a 5'11" male and in good shape. As I near the end i'm increasing water intake to make sure my body is not dehydrated. So no more on off days of dry fasting. Energy levels are normal, and no signs of hunger.
