Day 19. Day 19. So I woke up today to urinate and noticed that my urine, which had looked dark for the previous 18 days, looked light almost clear. I checked my tongue also, and it looked half pink, half grayish-white. I sure now I am in the final days of the water fast. I didn't weigh myself today because 1. I'm not trying to lose weight. 2. I would be discouraged if I felt my reserves were running out before completion. The numbness in my hand has been up and down during my 19 days of fasting. Some days I barely felt any numbness, other days it was worse or the same before the fast. I have read on the water fast forum that healing doesn't begin till the body is cleansed. So I'm praying that my reserves last that long. Also something else I noticed, Yesterday my tongue felt kind of numb. I thought it was "true hunger" for awhile until I drank water and it went away. Today it's back slightly, but I have no desire to eat. So now I just plan on resting and conserving my bodies energy. Add This Entry To Your CureZone Favorites!
