congratulations on being so brave as to take on this challenge. i water fasted 3 years ago for 30 days. i followed that with refeeding for 10 days, just small amounts of fruit several times per day. if i may suggest, you may consider the following:
drink small amounts of water continuously during the day. reason is water tends to run through you when you drink too quickly. also it seems that you are not drinking enough water if you ever get dry mouth. i did lots of drugs when i was younger and projectile vomitted blood during the 3rd week of the fast. at that point the monitor started adding 4 drops of lemon juice to each pitcher of water. i believe i was drinking 6-8 32oz pitchers of water per day. the blood went away and the fast became much less violent. it actually became pleasant. if you don't already know, you should plan on changing the way you eat permanently in order to truly reap the benefits of the sacrifice you have made. i didn't understand that concept and 3 1/2 years later i am here needing to fast again. while i found fasting a magnificent experience, i think my next fast will include some diluted green juices just to help heal my very abused body while i release. i hope you are able to reach your goal. and send you my best wishes.
