I started 17 days ago , but decided now to blog it. My fast is strictly for spiritual and healing.

I started 17 days ago , but decided now to blog it. My fast is strictly for spiritual and healing. I have noticed the more water I drink the more food cravinhgs so I will now limit water till thirst.
