Today my energy has been normal. Weight is I'll, urine color light brown. No signs of hungry. My body odor is a sweet fragrance but not my breath. My body seems to using the reserves very efficiently.

Numbness in my hand is unchanged, but I did notice when I mixed the water fast with the dry fast I felt a different sensation. So I'm gonna try really slowing down on water, unless thirsty, until fast completion.
