I have finished day 12 of the water fast. Today I feel really good. The only problem I have is heartburn. Tomorrow I am going to create a re-feeding plan. The most important part about fasting is how you break it. If the fast is not broken properly all the time and effort will go to waste. Overall, everything finally is getting better, hope it stays that way.
