I have finished day 6 of my water fast. Today I felt a little bit dizzy and had a very bad headache. It's so weird, today I felt so hungry and my stomach was growling. But I didn't have the urge to eat. I guess my body is signaling false hunger to get me to eat. Tomorrow will be day 7 and I am going to weigh myself to see how much weight I have lost. I still have this terrible heartburn. If this heartburn disappears, the fast will be a breeze. I know that I will reach the 40 day mark. I am trying to do some breathing exercise to help me relax and to get rid of toxin. Also boredom is killing me. I am trying to find something to occupy my time. Since I want this fast to be spiritual breakthrough, I am trying to read the bible on a daily basis and meditate on gods word. I know that after the fast I am going to feel great and my body will function efficiently. Overall, the fast it going good and I am staying strong.
