Day 8 Day 8 Today was a freaky day for me. In the afternoon I had a bowel movement, nothing came out except a big white worm. This totally freaked me out, I have never experienced anything like this. I would rather have that worm out of me than inside me. What worries me now is that I must have more parasites in me. The fasting must have detoxed the worm out of me. My plan after the fast is to get some sort of parasite cleansing product to clean my system. But overall my fast is going pretty good. Add This Entry To Your CureZone Favorites!
