I have finished day 9 of the fast. Today I feel terrible both my ankles hurt and I can not even walk. I hope my ankle hurting is just my body detoxing. On top of all this my cluster headaches have return. So my eyes are red and it feels like thousand of needles poking in my head. I know my cluster headache episode usually last about a week. When I fasted before I never experienced all these symptoms. I guess I must have accumulated lot of toxins. I believe I got my parasite from my dog. I had a dog for about six months last year, when I moved I gave my dog to my aunt. I probably wont get another dog, I am just afraid of being infected with parasite. I am praying that all these symptoms disappear soon. When I finish this 40 day fast, I plan on doing 2-3
re-feeding and then do a 30day master cleanse. Once I am done the MC cleanse I am going to do a colon cleanse. End of this week I will weigh myself and see how much weight I have lost. I also decided that I want to be a vegetarian. Overall I am still committed to finishing this fast and I hope everything gets better soon.
