Little women
The movie little women teaches us much about God's destiny and how it applies to each one of us

I came away from the movie deciding to get married and be happy like Jo. But wait, life just isn't like that.
Jo has a long time friend Teddy and he falls in love with her and she thinks of him just as her friend, her buddy and has no feelings for him. Teddy is crushed and vows he will never love anyone but her, liar, liar. He then ends up marrying her sister. Men, shhhhhh.
Her sister dies as the wind comes in the room. Angels come in with the wind, as I have stated many times, nice.
She goes off to conquer the world meets this professor Frederick and he is very poor and of course handsome and he courts her and they fall in love and he does the ultimate no, no and tells her the truth about her writings and she runs away with the news of her sister dying. Oh poor dear, he does not write at all and she publishes her book and he comes to deliver the book.
Now when he gets there he learns that the misses has married dear sweet Teddy so he assumes it is Jo and he runs off. When she sees the book on the table she ask her aunt where is the man who brought the book and the aunt tells her that she told him that Teddy had married. Jo runs after him and explains and it is pouring down rain and he tells her that he has nothing to give her. He says, "My hands are empty." She tells him, as she puts her hands in his, "Now they are not empty."
Ah, sigh, sigh, sigh. Would life be that simple that we realize even though her best friend abandons her and falls in love with her and if she does not agree to love him back that they cannot be together anymore. What blackmail and only to realize that God had a better plan for her and Teddy. How difficult it is to wait for God's plan to develop. Patience takes a lifetime and then we have extasy for a few moments. If only all lives were like Jo's and Fredericks. What do you think?
If we could all know of God's destiny for us and not be so impatient with life. Sometimes I just scream at the problems I am going thru only to see that God's plan is much better for me. I so wish little women had a sequel or did it.
