Date: 12/19/2008 10:13:19 AM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 2250 times Wow what a week. I haven't been able to post in a while since my two jobs have been keeping me very busy. But I'm doing wonderful and I love this diet. This is the by far easiest way to lose weight. Why had I never heard about it before? This proves that cures are being kept secret in order for big business to succeed. I wonder what else is out there that noone knows about.
I'm using the following supplements to help me along. Most of them I just started so I'm not sure how much of an impact they make:
Hoodia Prime
Candida G
MSM powder
Natural Calm - this is the second best product ever - almost as good as HCG
Cell Salts
Valerian Root
5-HTP
Coral Calcium
Yerba Mate tea and several other teas
I think that's all but I might add others in the future.
I'm rarely hungry and when I am I take Hoodia Prime and I think that helps. By far my biggest problem was constipation but Natural Calm took care of that. I also have problems falling asleep but that's not a new problem and I've ordered Fast2Sleep and hope that helps. Last night I took Valerian Root to sleep and I slept very well, but I was so deprived that I'm not sure whether it was due to Valerian Root.
