Well today I'm starting my 4th day of VLCD. It's been going great, I can't say that I'm very hungry but that may be because I take some hoodia to help me control it. The weight's been coming off and all I eat each day is 2 apples, and twice fish with either celery or a tomato. Of course I'd be losing weight without the HCG as well if that's all I eat but I can feel that the fat in my body is helping to nourish me because physically I feel fine. No headaches or stomach rumblings as was the case with the mastercleanse. It seems maybe that I have a harder time going to sleep at night but that's because I have to go so early due to having to get up at 2 am. Overall so far I'm happy.
