Liver Flush 6/14/2007

For my first Liver Flush I tried the Hulda Clark version. It was difficult to get those liquids down but I managed. I am not sure how happy I am with the result, but I'm sure that it was a good idea to do it. I didn't see many stones. The few that I did see were very small and soft. How do I know that they are stones that come from the liver and not a chemical reaction between waste, bile, oil & grapefruit juice. I squeezed one "stone" between sheets of toilet paper and it looked just like poop. I got out a lot of green slush but isn't that what you'd get if you took epsom salt for constipation. A different color maybe, but still. I don't want to sound negative but in exchange for drinking those vile liquids I was expecting at least one stone that leaves no doubt.
Nevertheless I will do this again. Maybe even really soon. If anyone reads this and knows the answers to the following questions please comment. Thanks.
1. can the epsom salt be mixed with grapefruit juice instead of water and does that taste a little better?
2. can I drink water inbetween epsom salt drinks. for example glass of water at 5,
epsom salt mix at 6, water at 7, epsom salt mix at 8 asf? or does that interfere
with the flush?
3. can I use flax seed oil instead of olive oil for the oil/grapefruit mixture?
4. how much time should pass between two liver flushes?
