Well the HCG got here about 10 days ago but I couldn't start right away since I was too close to my period but today was the day. I was so scared of making a mistake during the mixing of the solution that in fact I did. I had two different sets of instructions and tried to find a middle road but I was wrong and ended up injecting 400 ius instead of the 200 I had planned because I couldn't figure out the concentration that I had mixed. But I know now and from now on will inject 150 ius. Then I had to load with high fatty foods all day. I'm so stuffed right now and can hardly believe that by the end of this month i will probably weigh 15 lbs less than I do today. I was really scared of the actual injection, but there was nothing to it. Nothing at all. My husband did it for me and I barely felt it. That was my worst fear but I'm over it. Well I'm still a little worried about the no lotion ect, but I got some oil-free products that hopefully will work out. Well that's all for today.
