Day 11
I remind myself that im doing this for a reason and working out and not putting your everything into it is pointless.

that was with no food in my system and feeeeeling hungry.
Yesterday when i worked out it was the most difficult of all days.
I felt like i had no energy.. i know it was because i have been eating so little.
working out at night i find myself with more energy and able to push myself alot harder. I remind myself that im doing this for a reason and working out and not putting your everything into it is pointless. IM better off watching tv and just dieting.
I didnt work out today. i decided to take a day off and relax. I went out with some friends ate a little unhealthy had a few beers and am okay with it. In the last 10 days ive been on point and lost a good amount of weight. Starting tomorrow im back on track and my work out will be more intense and ill be on POinT.
Goal 170lbs.
