Ive been maintaing the diet.
Ive slipped up a few times with a chocolate or 2.
Working out is getting easier and i can see the changes in my face and body.
Ive been eating salad with some baked skinless chicken. Why does salad dressing have to be so fattening? even the lower calorie ones are still to much!
Ive been looking up recipes online and have found some good ones i might try..
In 7 days ive lost around 7lbs. It was weird how it was up and down for a few days. Im working out 40minutes a day on the elliptical and hoping for more results soon.
