203 to 195 in 3 days NOT TO BAD i just have to keep it going..

I have never thought about food so much in my life. Anything sounded good.
I worked out yesterday for 40 min.
Today I broke the fast by eating some veggies and some fruit.
I tried.. little sleep and not eating is way harder then i thought. The water just wasnt cutting it. I was feeling weak & dizzy and very on edge. Little things would bother me alot.
weighed 197 lbs in the morning.
After workout 195.4
I will be dieting and eating fruit/vegetables.
My goal is to get down to 170 lbs within the next 30 days.
