Day 1 A little bit about myself
I weighed myself this morning @ 202.8 lbs
Ran on the elliptical for 40 minutes
Weighed myself after at 200.8 lbs

Drinking, eating unhealthy during the day and late at night is how ive been living for a while and it makes me feel ill just thinking about it. Growing up i was a bag of bones. My mom used to tell me if the wind was powerful enough it would blow me away. Thats not the case anymore. Most of my weight is on my stomach and chest. Oddly enough my arms and legs are skinny. I went through phases of being in shape to being overweight and its taken a toll on me.
The other day i drank for a few days in a row ate crap fatty foods and just felt mentally and physically ill. Not enough to see a Dr. but enough to realize im done with it. I googled fasting and stumbled upon this amazing site where people were also trying to make changes. I read a few peoples blogs and thought i would give it a try.. ive never written on a site like this before. For the most part im a pretty private person. I dont people anything unless i have to.
I feel feeling healthy will change my whole life. Having energy, feeling positive, looking good with help me with my work and life in general. Ive always known that but its a different story actually making it happen.
I decided last night i was going to try fasting and only drinking water to curb my appetite. So today June 5th 2008 is my first day. Im not putting a time frame on this.. i just want to see how long i can do it for.
