Day 5 going into day 6
It will be worth all the benefits of being healthy and in shape.

My weight is 196.4
The last couple days my weight has been up and down. My diet has been 2 eggs in the morning and a salad at night followed by some fruit.
I always drop about 10-15 pounds and get back to my old habits. Its been a recurring clip of my dieting for a couple years now. Lose some weight get down to 180ish and slowly but surely get back to 205-210lbs.
I do like feeling healthy..
Its a good feeling...
Maybe i should become a vegetarian?? Maybe that will keep me on track
I do love my steaks and anything else attached to it. Im getting hungry just thinking about it.
Ive been cooking my own dinners or lunch or whatever i eat instead of going out..
Its rewarding to cook your own meals how you like them and to research ways to make those dishes better or healthier. Thats one thing i might stick to. To keep myself on the right path.
It will be worth all the benefits of being healthy and inshape in this life.
