day 22 -Last day ! Breaking the fast !
Breaking the fast ! Hunger had returned ! Tongue clear and rosa.

First time in my fast I couldn't sleep in the night - I felt very hungry !( I did not feel any hunger during the other 21 days I tought in the morning that maybe is a false alarm and dicided to try one more day.We went shoping for birthday present for my son and in the moll all the foods were smeling so good and I wanted to eat them(before I did not pay foods any attancion and had no disire to eat .Like you know I did not stop cooking the whole fast and my hubby put on some wight .He even beged me to stop ! )
My tongue is rosa already , no coating at all .
Urin is clear of foam ( instead some tracies in the morning , but I am sure it will
clear out until I am on the juice and fruits ) I am planing to stay a little bit longer on fruits , if I can ).
Blood Presure is normal 120/115 , 80/75 ( I had hight blood presure before starting the fast ).Bright eyes !
In this moment I made my first juice to break the fast with .It is juice from red oranges ( Half glass ) and I am going to enjoy it in front of the computer .
Cheers everybody who were with me and helped me during my first water fast !
Mm....It tastes so delicios !
Today I met a friends of main, at the school of my son , I went to them and they say that they did not recognice me and I look like a student from the school and how I changed myself so quickly! This is the Bonus of the fast, the real deal is becoming healtier !
I realy look so good , that I also like myself and I am proud of my self that I did this .It will be for sure not my last fast !
I will keep posting , about the after fast period .I am a little bit scared of it, becouse when I made the fruit fast ( 21 days ) I made mistakes to eat too early thing wich I shouldn't and I pay with horrible pains in the stomach .
They say , that everyone can fast , but only clever person can do the after fast period like it should be !
