Day 19


Day 19 was not bad

Day 19 was not bad, instead again nousea almost permanatly .I work today a lot at home and I helped my son with school project and all this made me very tired.
So ,I am going to bed now.
It is almost 12 pm and I am up since 8 am without any rest in between.

Das any body else had such persistent nousea dyring the fast ?
