I ended the challange 2 hours earlier, but just to tell you that I'm going to continue!
this is a feedback-system better than extreme detoxification!
I mean: if you think negative thoughts, over-eat or have any bad habit: you will really feel the effect of it!
it should be incorporated with fasting, not nessesarily to the extent where you feel like throwing up when you think negatively or breath badly (this is what I call extreme detox, & can be very helpful if you want to improve in the quickest possible way!).
you can keep your train-of-thought much easier, & you can control impulses (habitual desires) much easier!
it is the optimal way of changing your life!
a fast should start & end with a full day of meditation!
I really think that it will work beneficially for everyone...
now I'm going to continue meditating heavily, while also experimenting with Yoga.
I really had a lot of fun in my mind! much more so than living my external life, where I'm much more stressed (but not what non-self-developing people call stress!!!).
please take this challange this weekend!
