now I really consider that 1/4 of the time is done!
oat milk with cacao was not only tasting really good -- but my mood & energy-level increased a lot too!
but I doesn't know if that increase whould come from the usual fruit/carrot juice... or maybe from the cacao.
it could acctually be a little less bulky & a little less time-consuming to make, so I may buy a soy milk making machine...
at least you can minimize the bulk by letting it stand in the refrigerator for a while (it sinks).
today a glass of oat milk will probably be enough...
I'm also wondering if this drink may destroy the elimination of my bread & cheese addiction (also a big motivation for a 40 day fast)...
people say that raw cacao is really healthy (so it shouldn't contain all the 100 something addictive substances (I know that cooking can change a lot!)).
I still haven't found those superfoods that are easy to digest...
but I'm certain that a 40 days fast followed by increased juice-drinking will be enough, then you will just need superfood juices & other nutritious juices.
