some wisdom & my progress..

but what is wisdom? can we really get wisdom by words!?
I define wisdom as abstractions of knowledge & methods from detailed examples.
but wisom cannot be gained by words only, but by solving problems all by yourself -- verbal reasoning just makes us think that we know more than we do!
we learn a lot of non-sense that we won't use in life from school, & most people hate learning the things in school! they are just motivated by the competition between friends, & the authority that says that you must have an education!
my goal:
I'm devoting my whole life to create interesting tutorials to test theory in, & to give people opportunities to reallise their dreams! & reallise what their dreams are, as most people just follows the conventions & have some weak curiosity -- & not a burning desire & will to live! people are accepting this indifferent/depressed state, & only by simple solutions & detailed examples of how a healthy & natural life is, or by very un-desired changes in the world: can this cloud be lifted from society!
& I'm forgetting my past & delusions of the future (& every limiting belief), & just see the final results/rewards, & fully focused at my plan!
my progress:
-I fasted on 3 glasses of carrot, apple, melon juice for 9 days, but was hungry all the time.
-then I decided to eat raw & start a fast later (mostly fruit, seeds & nuts; & fasting in-between), I also ate bread & cheese some days (addicted!).
-then I started to drink juice 2-3 times a day, & eat something protein-rich last (20 days).
so now I'm starting a 40 day fast to remove all foolish addictions society has given me! both physical & mental!
I will drink carrot, orange, apples & melon 3-4 glasses a day.
the rest I will specify in another post.
