I'm motivating the abstract properties of this diet.

I couldn't upload this when I created the blog, but my attention was put to this site once again...

prepare for facts only about my diet, & not my current progress, & not other detoxification methods like deep breathing or enema.
the title of this blog shows the abstract properties of my diet, I will motivate each here:
my general motivation / what a diet should achieve:
-giving all nutrients the body needs, & not more!
-detoxification! especially of the liver, kidneys & colon -- then the blood can always be pure & the body becomes pure.
-keeping the colon clean! (because this makes you feel more light)
-keeping the blood-sugar stable! (I can be full of energy while juice-fasting even if I skip a meal, so I think this is the standard problem of a medical experiment: the test-subjects doesn't have perfectly functioning bodies)

fiberless:
fasting have shown me how bad fiber is. but fasting works lots better by excluding almost all protein & fats too, but I have seen that fiber may be the nost important thing to exclude because I have experienced great detoxification by raw eggs while fasting (lots of fat & protein & it seem to be so liquid (so does it contain much fiber?), though Im sure that it contains other cleansing properties too). the only motivation to eat fiber I've heard is: that it makes the waste-products to move through the colon (I prefere water to do the job, & I know that the colon becomes much stronger while fasting & can expell waste quicker), & to make you more filled (that is false for many people that really crave fats, H2O, minerals, vitamins, carbs & proteins), & feeding the good bacteria of the colon (this is the thing that I need to research more).
but by removing the fiber by juicing also gives pure nutrients (which chewing can never achieve) that need less digestion.
but the chewing part then? saliva starts the digestion of starches & fats, but my consumption of fats & starches are & will remain minimal.
I have also heard that chewing triggers certain digestive functions (need to research, & if it is true I will chew gum! because you whould need to chew each mounthfull for hours to get the division modern juicers makes!).

calorie-restriction:
this is too easy while fasting! this is the only proven method for longevity, & the most efficient method to detoxify that I know.
it is really only about fats, carbs & proteins, & you can eat large amounts of other nutrients.
also it makes digestion easier as less food needs to be digested.
but it won't be very important to put attention to calories as I eat 2 times a day, & I drink 10- ounces only. & with a perfectly functioning body, Im sure I will be able to remain on such a low calorie diet, but I will still supplement (see later)..

raw:
cooking destroys enzymes! enzymes are required for digestion. enzymes are the life-force needed for not only digestion but for the rest of the body, & by eating enzyme-rich foods your body will have more enzymes to detoxify & heal the body!
the creation of enzymes for digestion is very energy-consuming, & needs lots of minerals & proteins.

superfoods:
contains more nutrients & phytonutrients (nutrients that are beneficial but not nessesary for survival). I will make a post about each superfood, & when done I will know exactly what to eat!

so now that is explained I will add some additional properties:
-starting to eat/drink a little seeds & nuts (sprouted & fermented) after 3 weeks, to provide with protein & essential fat. & maybe raw eggs (there are so little resources about them! & the one that have written books about the detoxing & healing properties of raw animal products eats too much, & since calorie-restriction is so far the only proven method of longevity, Im suspicious).
-pay attention to food tolerance!
-drink slowly & put attention to taste.
-to balance the PH: a 75% calcium & 25% magnesium solution in water, separated from other foods so to run quickly through the stomach, & to keep the solution alkaline you should clean your acidic stomach with clean water before.
-eat organically produced foods. or you will miss nutrients, especially minerals (about twice as low; & some needed minerals are not even added to artificial soil).
