I finally stated the 40 day fast 3 days ago, now with more determination -- as I clearly know the wonderful result of it now!
& also because I know that I only need to do it once! & after 40 days I may not even need to eat my usual nut/seed meal at night!
that is also a good way of keeping you fasting.
what I see as the most important things of fasting:
-removing desire for junk-food! (for extended fasting only)
-more awareness! & easier to focus & relax.
(yes, while fasting, & after a long fast these should also increase significantly!)
-more energy (if you breath & exercise correctly!)
& also extreme detox is good for making you discover new or optimizing methods for keeping energy & positive emotions!
