how to keep fasting?
relax!

"I will use emotional fuel instead of food!"
& know that food is weakening your emotional fuel!
a session to do everytime you feel like eating solids:
-relax:
*relax your body part-by-part.
*locate all the problems of the future & clarify when you will solve it!
-clarify the plan & the results it will bring! this step should be powerful enough for your sub-conscious to stop whining & start working for you (generate emotional fuel)!
this session should be done a lot the first days!
it is very good to become efficient at this session for any problem, as worrying all the time is wasting energy & time, & it will keep you emotionally fueled!
you should also replace food with powerful breathing!
just breath deeply & powerfully for 3-5 minutes 2-3 times a day, & maybe incorporate it with relaxation...
