Day 7

Yeah! A full week.

I am feeling really great. Yesterday, around 3:00, I had a surge of energy. I felt great and refreshed. It's all right on schedule. I am still waiting for the purge of toxins, but I am assuming it is not going to be so dramatic seeming I taking the phsyllium and bentonite shakes.

I slept like a rock last night. It was wonderful. I didn't get to bed as soon as I ought to, but at least the sleep I did get was great.

I am beginning to get my old shape back. I am very excited. I want to state how many days I am planning to do this. However, I have found that every time I do that, I never make it. But when I don't tell people, I do make it. I suppose telling people puts added stress on me that I "have" to do this, because I have already told people. Oh well.

Well, I suppose I had better run. Today's weight is 134.4.
