Re: wrinkles

When I started using VCO, my skin dried out and when I put it on a candida rash, the rash got very inflamed. I was worried that I was allergic to the coconut oil. None the less, I kept using it and eating it and it took almost 2 weeks for the symptoms to go away, so I assume I was experiencing major die off in my skin. During this time I also had bad armpit odor which is unusual for me.

If it is drying your skin, it just might be killing off parasites and bacteria and that could make the wrinkles appear worse. I would suggest that you continue to use the VCO for at least 2 weeks to see if things get better. If not, I think you might want to look into adding olive oil and flax seed oil to your diet.
