  I really don't think it is a good idea to abandon the medication unless your situation has improved greatly and you've discussed it with your doctor. Even once it has improved, you'll likely need to wean off of it over many months. Some people need to do it so slowly that it takes years. I have more on this if you are interested.
  
  Have you tried various dietary changes? For example, can you expect your brain to work well if you are feeding it junk foods?
  
  Have you tried any supplements?
  
  The following come to mind but you should keep your doctor in the loop. It would be best if some med pro was guiding you, but good luck finding one, especially since you are already on meds. There is quite a bit of medical politics involved.

Here is a documentary regarding real alternative medicine. There are a great deal of headstrong people on curezone that abjectly refuse to peek at other possibilities other than the standard allopathic/"alternative" dogma based upon the false axiomatic belief that physical illness only can have physical causes, therefore there must be some magic medicine or supplement somewhere to cure whatever is vexing us.

I just can't believe that some stoop to name calling and accuse me of being "amature" or "projecting". Obviously there are many on curezone that are self appointed experts that are too ignorant to know their own ignorance. Beware they are everywhere here.

This is why I left curezone for 2 years. Yet the some of the same people that called me names are still here continuing their search for the magic wand.

There is a total ignorance regarding the phases of illness. Often the conflict active phase is asymptomatic, it is the healing phase that presents distress. If the conflict active phase is completely resolved healing will happen. So if you are taking ground alligator teeth supplements and you heal, viola we have a wonderful testimony about alligator teeth.

I'm not saying to not use supplements or meds, they can in some cases ease the healing phase, as the healing phase can put some into the ER or worse. But if you desire robust health, peace and contentment for life you must get to the root.
