The entire philosophy of Water Fasting is to rest, relax, and let the body heal itself through its own wisdom. Every one of your items seems to go counter to that approach.

1.Your elimination mechanisms will work fine without the addition of charcoal. Indeed, you run the risk of providing an extra burden via the body wanting to eliminate the charcoal itself.

2 & 3. Your body will find an appropriate pH balance. Trust the process. Any additions mess with the process and may derail it. Your body might react to the additives rather than to the underlying issue.

4. Enemas are not recommended during a Water Fast because they excite the system too much. They are not really needed anyway: normal elimination takes care of it. Introducing coffee seems very dangerous by over exciting a system that is attempting to quietly mend itself. A coffee enema is definitely not recommended while on a water fast.

If you would like to water fast, the ingredients are water, sunshine, and quietude. Stick around here, read up, and give it a try! Changes to that simple formula make one's approach into something that is no longer water fasting. It may, in fact, be quite harmful to intermix healing modalities the way you suggest. Go at them one at a time. What is the rush?

If you would like to design your own cleansing protocol, then go right ahead, there certainly is a time and place for that. "Fasting: Water" is probably the wrong forum to get the advice you are seeking since what you propose is not in line with the principles of Natural Hygiene. We would say "Try a simple fast. Explore the other stuff later, if you still are interested."
