I suffered sciatica from 1998 until 2005..My answer came from a Edgar Casey reading.. he stated that most back surgeries were not needed and were caused by a clogged colon, and fecal matter clogging up around the sciatic nerve in the colon. So what I did was I started taking cascara Sagrada and dumping my colon and doing some liver purges, I started taking MSM for the sulfur that is in it, and I have been paying free ever since in 2005. Sulfur will help kill parasites as well. One thing I must mention is that, flower, cornmeal, rice, potatoes, all those carbs will cause inflammation as well because of the glyphosate that is in the food, that will cause more inflammation in the body than you can imagine, me and my girlfriend went on Dr Berg's keto program and she was already mentally planning for another hip surgery but after 2 weeks, all the information left her and my body, and now she is paying free and no surgery needed. Just don't let the naysayers stop you from listening to Dr Berg because of his religion because I do not follow his religion but I do follow his great advice, as I have been coaching for the last 20 plus years myself. I coached a doctor for the same reason, he did a liver Purge, and in 2 days he lost 19.6 lb. I told him that his back would get better and I have all the proof in the world and if anybody knows Dr Abbott in the Carolinas they can feel free to reach out, he is also a good homeopathic that seems to care. Hi all,
Just wanted to post a quick success story from the Liver Flush just performed this past weekend.
This was my 5th flush, and only the 2nd which produced stones. This particular flush I followed EXACTLY as per Andreas instructions, and even did all of the little extras that could possibly contribute. I know stones aren't necessarily the only indication of success, however after passing all of these stones, I felt a huge physical improvement that cannot be attributed to any sort of placebo.
Since the last 2 less successful (lack of stones) flushes, I have had stronger build-up of pressure between my right shoulder blade and my spine. Also a dull ache. This is ~80% better, and barely noticeable since this huge release of stones. I also feel less pressure on other spots that I typically feel to the right side of my spine, like my atlas vertebra. I released something like ~300 stones - I'd guess - and ~40 were marble-sized. Also much less indigestion and gas on eating these past few days.
This was the protocol i followed:
-ate vegan for the week (i typically eat chicken a 2/3x / week when not flushing)
-sipped malic acid (1 tsp) in a glass of water all throughout each day of the week - evenly dispersed away from meals
-2 or 3 tbsp of fresh squeezed lemon juice 30 mins before breakfast
-2 cups of chamomille tea each day
- coffee enema at 2pm or so of the day of the fast/flush (in between 2 salt water enemas); the theory being to get the liver more activated and ready
-soaked cloth in castor oil on liver during 30 minutes of rest after drinking mixture
-used ~2 tbsp of lightly ozonated olive oil as part of the oil/citrus mix (normally i don't use ozonated oil)
I made sure my malic acid particularly was regimented throughout each day. I'm not sure if it was the morning lemon juice, the coffee enema, the ozonated olive oil or the castor oil cloth that made this such a strong flush, however I will be doing all of these in 2-3 weeks and expect the same success.
Oh, and I made sure to be super hydrated throughout the whole week, especially days 6-7. Looking back to the last 2 which produced no stones, I barely drank any water and was likely dehydrated.

Hi all.
I had about 10 bad days of back pain earlier this month. I would wake up after 5 hours of sleep with terrible pain and tension starting from my lower back, down the buttocks and hamstrings to the calves. I had major sleep deficit all those days because the moment I lay down I would start getting the pain again. The pain was worse when lying on my back than when lying on my sides. It was mostly concentrated on the buttocks. Most of the time in the last 10 years I've had muscular tension in this area but those days it was really bad, particularly on lying down for 4 or 5 hours.
I got lot of Tibetan massage and cupping and that helped. I'm not waking up because of pain now. The physical therapist I met said that the gluteal muscles (buttock muscles) are very weak because of overuse in prolonged sitting at work and also sitting on a seat that sinks down. Because they are weak the periformis muscle (a deeper muscle in the buttock area) has to take the body's load. It gets overusued and inflamed, and presses the sciatic nerve, and hence the pain going into the hamstrings and calves. He gave me exercise to do to relieve these two sets of muscles and make them stronger.
I am doing better now, but I think the physical therapist, like all mainstream medicine, seems to only focus on the symptoms. It feels remarkably superficial to just look at the muscle and not the underlying conditions.
From a holistic healing perspective, I wonder why the buttock muscles are so weak. Is it toxins stored up in that area because of lack of lymphatic drainage, which is further because of a clogged liver? I'm planning my 26th flush in a few weeks and often wonder if these flushes are really helping. I haven't seen any improvement in my back pain or trigeminal neuralgia, for which I started doing them 3 years ago. Could there be other reasons for the pain?

So it's not like this idea ever grossed me out. I just assumed since mycotoxins are found in urine, it's a bad idea to injest them.
After doing some more research, it turns out that by reintroducing the toxins, your body may develop more antibodies towards them.
Since I have been going downhill recently, I had nothing to lose. I first tried a little (midstream) with water. I could've sworn I felt a little energized.
About an hour later I took a shot straight up. WHOA. I immediate felt...high? A good high! I'm still in shock at how it rejuvenated me. And no joke, my lower back/glute which has been constantly killing me feels better.
I'll try to give an update soon. Until I have negative side effects, you can bet I will be doing this daily.-

The moment I go into the shower and put the urine up my sinuses (I have a perpetual sinus infection due to an accident that cracked most of my teeth) So daily, I rinse my sinuses, eyes, rub it onto my body and hair, (it brings your natural hair color back) I become more uplifted and positive. In fact, I'm depressed by my car not passing smog yesterday and woke up with, "Now, what am I gonna do?" Then I get this notice and immediately after writing this message, I'm going to give myself a urine therapy. Thanks for the reminder.-

Unfortunately, I had the worst panic attack last night before falling asleep. When I say worst, I mean I literally thought I was going to have a heart attack and die.
Though, it may have been a healing crisis because it caused massive diarrhea, and then I was ok.
I made the mistake of trying two other therapies yesterday, so now I'm unsure what caused it. Tried the Rife machine at a friend's house very early in the day, but I also soaked a cotton pad in Lugol's, and inserted it vaginally to try to heal a possible fibroid or cysts.
I personally think it was the Lugol's. I guess I forgot how the product can easily get absorbed systematically. I would never take orally the amount I put on the pad.
The Rife was very powerful, but if I were to react, I feel it should've happened earlier.
And as for the urine, I'm still gonna drink it, just not as much, and earlier in the day as a precaution!

I found out about it from someone trying to sell me an EMF sheet. I placed it on my bed and created an outside ground by connecting the sheet to 8 ins of copper tubing with 16 gauge wire dropped down 2 flights from the 2nd-floor balcony and hammered into a plot of earth in the patio directly below. I'm a night owler and usually go to bed later than my husband. If I would attempt to give my husband a hug while he was sleeping, he would always violently grab the blankets and turn his back to me, so normally don't try to hug him. This time, I must have felt the good vibes from the grounding sheet and snuggled up to give him a hug fully expecting him to turn away, but instead, he turned to me and started to coo sweet nothings. EMF can cause stress and panic, especially in an apartment building with everyone around you using cell phones, computers, lights, appliances sending EMI everywhere. There are lots of sights selling EMF blocking devices. or showing how to make tools to block them.-

Wow, that is an awesome story. I will definitely look into purchasing a device. I forgot if I mentioned it, but yes, I do live in an apartment, and my downstairs neighbors ALWAYS have the tv on. It definitely stresses me out.

For years now I have gotten a mild UPPER backache that is intermittent. It seems to extend to front in ribs or intestinal area. I remember someone years ago from this site saying it seemed like a vagus nerve issue because the vagus nerve extends to stomach area. I also have ibs. This problem mainly comes from back to front not vice versa. It is also UPPER TO MID BACK & NOT LOWER BACK. Can anyone refer me to info on vagus nerve issues? 1. Lower back is painful
2. Migrane on both temples is painful
3. Numb icy sensation on end of nose, toes of right foot, occasional prickly feel along arm and legs.

Ever get a thyroid blood test that included Free T3? Ever try some selenium supplementation, maybe 100-200mcg in the selenomethionine or Se yeast forms? The body needs Se to make T3 hormone.

I don't have a bed. I sleep on the floor. It might sound crazy, but it's actually made my life considerably better.
Sleeping on the floor, without a bed, is super comfortable and it's great for your body, too. If you want to sleep better and feel better when you wake up, then this is definitely worth a try.
