2/5: Master Cleanse
Little groggy on my run
Date: 10/31/2006 1:09:37 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1805 times I went home last night and had a long shower. Love showers and baths while on the MC!! And had a great and peaceful night sleep. I have been having a bit of insomnia lately because I have so much on my mind with the Wedding, Work, getting in shape, and general life stresses. I do notice that when I am in shape... suddenly all my general stresses seem to fade.
I woke up this am feeling like I could still sleep but forced myself to go for my 4 mile run which I haven't actually done for a couple weeks. Doing the MC makes me want to work out a lot... which is great. Another reason why I am doing this quick cleanse... to steer myslef back into running and being physically active every day. I felt groggy on my run this morning. But I know I should have a little extra kick in my step tomorrow.
I am looking forward to loosing a few pounds by the weekend. I have pretty much maintained about 7 of the 10 pounds I lost with my last fast. I am looking forward to seeing the scale dip by this weekend. If I can just get over this little hump and get another second wind I will be able to stay on track.
