2/10: Master Cleanser
Good start to today
Date: 9/7/2006 1:36:19 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1795 times Yay! Here I am on day two and feeling great. I feel so much better already. Makes me think that maybe I have a food allergy that is causing me to be a little less alert than I should be. My Fiance is allergic to wheat and gluten so we stay away from that all together. My Mom who is Mrs. Healthfood USA (not literally) insists I should cut out dairy. She just may have a point. So, after this 10 days I am going to stay off of dairy and see how I feel.
I got a flat tire on the way home from work yesterday and as soon as I pulled over on the side of the road the first thing that crossed my mind was.... "I want lentil soup"...... which made me think I was crazy for a second. I don't know what my deal with lentils is when I do a fast. The second thing I thought was.... "Thank God for AAA"..... and then I felt a little less crazy. AAA came and changed my tire in 20 minutes. Crisis resolved!
I woke up early this morning and feeling energized. I went to the gym and did 30 minutes of cardio followed by some light weights. Also walked up to the tire place and then back later.... 2 miles of walking.
Going out tonight with one of my best friends to see her friend sing and play guitar. Should be fun and I am hoping I have made enough juice to last me through til then. And tomorrow is Friday!! ; )
