5 day MC fast

Short Master Cleanser to get back on track..... again.

I know that you are supposed to do the fast for a minimum of 10 days. I have done 2 x 10 day fasts in the past and really got a great feeling during and after my fasts. I am doing this fast to get me back on track. It seems I have been overindulging the last couple weeks and want to get back to eating moderately and lean again. I guess to break from bad habbits and try to gain controll again.

Felt really excited to wake up this morning and know that I will be fasting this week. So, we'll see!

I have counted 250 days until the Wedding. Wow. Kinda crazy! That's about 8 months.... which for some reason sounds much better. Even though I have been doing better with my exercise program.... I have been lazy about eating very lean in order to loose weight. I guess I have maintained which is better than gaining.... since my last fast. But, I still do have 20 pounds to loose in the next 8 months. Totally doable, but it scares me that I haven't made a whole lot of progress since I started this blog. Time to really kick it into high gear. So, I think what I am going to do is start checking into this blog every Monday to note my progress. Need to have a visual to see how I am progressing.

Wow.... 250 days.
