Thought I would give an update, it’s been 9 years. UC and Candida has not been a problem since the post. I can eat almost whatever I want, but I don’t. But I can eat fruit daily, milk daily, some bread, ice cream, beer once a month. Liver hepatitis/cancer has also not been a problem, with liver flushes every 3-4 months. Been there my friend. Stop all the supplements and stick with real foods. What helped me is this. I am 5’11” and was 114lbs and went to 155 lbs in a year or so partaking in the raw milk diet and consumed plenty of fresh raw colostrum (not that powdered crap). I first got UC in the mid 70’s about 2 weeks after quitting smoking. I was told after 5 months that I would have to have my bowel removed or die. I chose not to have my bowel removed. I just want to mention my huge success with terrible gastritis and GERD. I used to have pains even from cold water, and regular pains after each meal. My digestion was very poor and I was having a severe GERD, which was making me hiccup and burp after meals, as well as making me feel real pain my throat and chest from the stomach acid.
