HI beyond forever, i just been to this situation, in my case i found beer and other cold effect items were the issue, i stopped all these cold stuff items who has cold effect on the body, try to take vit c 1000 mg atleast everyday, hopefully you shoukd be ok. tc God bless ya   [End]
