Hi, my family and I just switched to an all Organic diet about 5 to 6 months ago. We did it cold turkey by giving away every bit of food in the house and buying organic.   You didn’t say by a professional, or self hypnosis, but both will work. I did, and would suggest that you go with self hypnosis for the obvious reasons. You always have it with you, and you don’t have to pay anybody. You can also use it for other issues besides emotional, like for health, pain, etc. It’s easy to learn, but takes a commitment of time, and perseverance.
