Hi! I too suffer the same for over 18 years. The best suggestion is to do the cleanse, Bowel, Liver, Kidney and parasite cleanse. I am doing Bowel and Parasite cleanse. Most gass problems are associated with parasites and toxicacity. I am using Paragone for parasite and the regular P&B shakes for intestinal cleanse. My situation is not yet better but I am elimanating both parasites and mucoid plaque. You should be alright using the protocols suggested in this site. Well, I started reading the info on this website and I know it would be easy to put my daughter on this program, however, I am not very knowledgable about the natural diet. Forgot to mention the following : a) Apart from the diet routine that I have detailed earlier, I have taken 3 bottles of Dr. Schulze’s Echinacea plus in 3 days as advised by Dr.Schulze for degenerative diseases (1 oz as a shot drink first time, followed by 3 dropperfuls every waking hour for 3 days). The food I eat is not digested well and also I get hungry very soon ( afer 3 hours of having breakfast or lunch) I emenate a very stinky gas often. My bowel moments are very bad.
