Thanks for your response. I was hoping someone could tell me if this diet really helped them because I already tried it once, but only for a short time. (I have one of D'Adamo's books.) It didn't seem to make any difference and I didn't like all the restrictions so I quit the diet. Now, I am wondering if I should have tried it for longer. It's a diet that still doesn't make sense to me either, in other words, I am sceptical. That's why I was hoping someone like yourself or others might tell me if it really works and is worth the change in diet.
