Hi again Beth,
I was just reading the other posts on this forum under the subject "Is type O good for arthritis". Some of these contributors were mentioning that their skin was improving. I would ditto that for my experience as well.

Let us know if you decide to go on the diet. I would be interested in knowing where your gains and setbacks are. As I understand there are many subgroups of blood type as well. Each subgroup has its own little variations and preferences and sensitivities. It kind of like dective work isn't it?
