Hi,
I wanted to write in and say that I'm a big fan of the
Blood Type Diet . I have been studying health, nutrition, and alternative medicine on my own for the past 4-5 years, and I have tried many different dietary recommendations. The best results by far have come from Dr. D'Adamo's book. I have been following the diet for about 3 years now!
I dont totally understand it myself, but I have learned that, as a type O, my body does really well with meat, fish, and vegetables, and has really bad reactions to wheat, dairy, and overconsumption of grains. I had hayfever allergies for all of my life and am 95% cured after removing all of the "negative" foods from my diet. The only time I start sneezing and have allergic reactions again is when I eat wheat or dairy. My brother and father have the same symptoms and are type O and I am trying to get them to try it.
My skin
Acne totally cleared up after removing wheat form my diet, which was previously a staple of tmy diet.
I was previously a vegetarian and was often anemic and had irregular menses, then after reading the book, I started eating meat and fish and now have a regular menstrual cycle for once in my life! I've found that meat and fish help me to feel so much better, especially when I am exercising really hard.

Blood Type Diet has worked great for my health issues, and I'm glad that Dr. D;Adamo found this cure (I have no idea how!) and put it out there for us.
