I am on the diet and I am sticking to it pretty closely.
I think that the best guide is of course your very own body. What works for one person is poisonous to the next. Although we all share biological similarities we are each biologically different. For myself I really did feel a big difference but I felt it very quickly. Within a week. However it has not cured everything. I too have to keep searching for what else my body is asking for.
I have not yet tried Andreas Moritz 's Body Type diet. But I am going to get his book on the matter. Have you?
