My friend nothing in life is easy and if you read Hulda Clark's work on the Liver flush it can take many many flushes before serious changes occur. Fasting is excellent and you may just need to extend the times and again complete a couple or more of these. I do not believe anything when they say its a cure all, quite simply this is wrong. This is why protocols are completed, oxygenation, electrification, nutrition, water/salt etc. Ozone can defeat a host of problems in one but not as much in another because another area of that persons body may need addressing directly such as the liver etc. Do not rely on one or two methods, combine many POWERFUL therapys and the results should come through. If your not aware of Dr F. Batmanghelidj then quickly study on his work because quite frankly this is one of the closest to a cure all treatment as you can get.

Above you have the combination of knowledge needed to have superior health. Its your choice what you do but if one persons methods aren't working (especially as they claim) then its time to look elsewhere for answers.
